About the Owner: Ty Calhoun

Ty Calhoun has always had a passion for building. Long before he founded Cal Construction, LLC in 2021, he was the kind of kid who spent his free time outdoors digging, stacking, and shaping whatever he could find. That early interest led him to pursue a degree in civil engineering, giving him both the technical foundation and practical skills needed to bring safe, efficient septic systems to life.

While many in his field prefer to stay behind the desk, Ty is different. He thrives on the physical work—getting his hands dirty, troubleshooting in real time, and seeing a finished system in the ground that he knows will serve a family or property for decades. For him, the reward isn’t just in the planning. It’s in the process. And most of all, it’s in the moment the job is done right.
